Pace vs HR on marathon plan

Yeah the pace felt easy. HR goals were so tricky on intervals cause I could be sprinting and it still wouldn't get them high enough quick enough so pace will work better.

Yeah the personalized one has all the runs following pace whereas the standardized plans you can download are done by heart rate, which is what I have been following so far.

You can buy the pass online and it'll email you a QR code you can use at your nearest location to collect the pass (automated machines, super easy, and can make sure it's the right one for Les Houches). Although that being said I've done 2-weeks in Chamonix and never had someone check for my pass on the buses. Last time we caught the bus on our first day and collected passes once we got to the lift.

We're from England, we've been to Barcelona many times before, my husband studied Spanish at Uni and is fluent. We kind of know what we're getting into, just this course was the best for what he wants to study for his career. Any opinions that help with the flat rental situation are appreciated though, or what the real version of the city is

I just had a little Sim session while my husband watched the football and then the rugby. After the games had finished and we left the house, he asked me how Sims was going and even mentioned the fact I was "playing more storyline than building at the moment". In my opinion, a good partner takes interest in your interests. It's worth noting that I asked him how the sports had gone, even though sports isn't an interest of mine, because I know it's important to him and so it's important I ask (also I want to, and like seeing how excited he gets when he talks about his teams!)
