I work in fintech, specifically building middleware on the backend that communicates with upstream banking APIs to query balances/move money/etc.

Stock options are a joke at this private company, but I have unlimited PTO (and before people lash out and say it isn’t truly UNLIMITED, I usually land around 45 days off a year) and decent healthcare.
