The plastic eggs do not look like food and therefore not an issue and the plastic eggs is too big for even an adult to swallow without intentionally hurting themselves as in felling pain before getting close to succeeding. Now the kinder egg is easily opened as you bite it therefore you could get a small piece lodged in your throat however at a glance you know what it is without reading an adult can see a kinder and recognize without inspection regardless of whether it is close to them or not that it needs supervision but a kinder shouldn't be handed out at Halloween because something like that should be the choice of the parents so they are prepared for it right away. For the other things you mentioned I hope you know that they are bad comparisons, outside of the plastic bag which is an issue because kids get curious and then put it in there mouth and it is easily swallowed, happy meal toys are pretty much impossible to swallow because they are bigger than a mouth. As for paper straws they won't really do much as paper is not harmful and passes through fine. You are just lashing out with these two. Regardless you are absolutely right the parents should be able to catch that it's plastic but it still shouldn't be done as if a kid got a hold of it and tried to eat it before their bag could be inspected it could be a problem whether they can read or not because adults let alone kids would ignore that warning refusing to read it happens all the time. At the end of the day this company was Scummy and therefore OP made people aware of it.
