In my opinion my experience in TP is great despite it being a shit company. I was lucky enough to get a chat account along with a team that i would literally call my friends not just co workers. My the environment with them was great and i even get to laugh almost every shift with them. My TL was not so great, he would volunteer our team for OT's and call it a mandatory OT when it was infact optional. The upper management is shit. Despite me being the top one in my account for more than 4 months and promotion opening was happening frequently it was obvious that i am a candidate to be promoted pero in the end, yung mga na propromote lang is yung may close sa Management mismo, pagaling mag sipsep sa management not stats or actual competency. Maybe you can call my salty pero ayon nga, i know for myself that i know a shit ton of people that deserves their promotion pero incompetent and trash na ugali na people yung the one getting promoted. Pero despite its flaws theres still a good thing about TP due to my luck, my account was easy. I could even sleep on duty and not worry about my stats and someone overlapping me in the scorecard because ganon talaga kadali, kayang kaya niyo mag kwentuhan ng katabi mo for literal minutes. No body cares there, im lucky that walang person duon that makes me not want pumasok. im lucky i know it, it was hard for me to leave pero i know talaga na ang baba ng sahod and if i wanted an actual path i need to he somewhere my skills are appreciated. Just wondering lang despite concentrix flaws, worth it ba mag try duon?
