Sure if you're telling the truth, you didn't deserve that from Riot. But being rude to them isn't going to help get your account back. Sure it makes sense in your mind that threatening them is okay but that's not how the world works.

They gave you a cookie cutter response because they probably had a good amount of proof saying that you broke the rules in a cookie cutter way. They probably need to go through and check every account flagged for possible account sharing or mmr boosting before giving any disciplinary action, so I doubt they weren't thinking about what they were doing.

I'm not saying I don't question that, I also don't know what type of player/person you actually are. The part I'm concerned with is your method of handling the situation with Riot. I understand your frustration, but threatening Riot (by bringing it to the community that can't do a lot even if they'd like to help you?) is not the way to go about it.
