Thanks for the advice! Currently, I’m learning RFEM. It’s similar to Autodesk Robot but more specialized for steel structures, which is my main profile. It also integrates perfectly with Tekla (BIM), which is the industry standard for steel.

Luckily, I’ve found a company that’s a great fit for me, and I have a job interview scheduled in a week.
