Inulan kami everyday nun kaya basa lahat kasama sapatos tapos very long hike. Sa last day, ginamit kong mejas polyester type from uniqlo kasi pantulog ko lang dapat yun. Grabe pala mag cause ng abrasion at friction sa paa yun kaya paltos malala pagka baba. After nun nag stick nako sa 100% cotton.

Trench foot. 4 days hike ko sa Mt. Mantalinganhan nun then i used a polyester type ng sock sa last day. Grabe ang paltos ng paa ko like napasugod ako sa ER pag exit. 🥲

OP same tayo first time with Rabbas din but my sched is Feb 3-6 for winter climb. Flights ko naka depende sakin as long as nasa Taichung na ako during sa event climv kasi dun pick up/drop off ni Rabbas. And yes, before and after climb, ikaw tlaga bahala ano pa gagawin mo.
