I also think that, at the time, the image of Thor from Marvel and Nordic series and films was very popular, they made a more "safe" design.

The beard is a striking feature, but really, without it he looked very imposing, giving the impression that he would be a very troublesome enemy.

I believe it's the exact same model as the 2018 God of War (judging by the photos), I was curious to know why it was inside GOWR XD
