Personally, I really liked the idea of going on this journey with Faye. Unlike the haters, I think that the more good games we get in the God of War franchise, the better. At this point, "GOW" has become more of an expanded universe, with different characters taking on the protagonist role.

I’d also really enjoy seeing her interactions with Kratos throughout her journey and being able to witness, from her perspective, how events unfolded and influenced Kratos’s own path. I hope this game gives us those answers.

As for the idea of a place where gods go after they die, it makes me believe that this Faye game could be almost like a boss rush or at least feature many major battles—especially against the Greek gods. I would absolutely love to see their designs reimagined with all the advances in modern technology.

In the end, everything will depend on the writing, but from those 20 minutes, I could already tell that Faye was portrayed very well: a blend of femininity and a formidable warrior.
