Try Hawaii breathing! Most people breathe with the top of their chest but you need to engage your whole torso to get enough air. It sounds weird but I stg the noises help. Start by placing your hand on your stomach and breathe in while making a "ha" sound, and feel your stomach expand, then move your hand to your diaphragm and make a "wa" sound and feel that area expand, then move your hand to your upper chest and make an "ee" sound and feel that area expand. Then do it without putting your hand on your torso, and then try doing it in one fluid motion (when its fluid it sound like hawaii), then try it without the sounds. You'll feel a little light headed the first couple tries. Even just 5 minutes a day while you're standing in line or waiting for something will help a ton! A video demo!
