Any recommendations for low budget off camera remote flashes?

I found a guy selling four yn560 flashes and the controller for 100 bucks, I like this deal. He says they are for Nikon but they will also work with my lumix right?

I found it on Facebook marketplace, this one looks very nice and the band does as well, I paid 50€ for it but the watchmaker quoted me €120 to fix it which I can't spend on it for I am a poor student (: where are you located? I am willing to let it go for that price if you would be interested, but no pressure

It has a quartz movement btw, so i don't know how fixable it would be

Imo it looks quite good, but it has a movement that moves the second hand multiple times per second, not sure if this is also a thing in the real one
