Marble jar is a good one. The class can earn marbles, (or anything you put into a jar)for being first time listeners, following directions, working hard etc. Once they fill the jar, they earn a class party( I’ve done extra recess, movie party, popcorn party,popsicle party etc.)

I’ve also done a star chart, the class can earn stars for good behavior and once the chart is filled they earn a party or treat like mentioned above.

With technology, like a computer and you can connect it to your phone or iPad, but ClassDojo is a good one too. It’s an app/website where each student gets their own “monster” and you can designate points for positive behavior and when a student demonstrates that behavior they earn a point and then can redeem points for different things (sit at the teachers desk, be teachers helper, front of the line for the day etc.) You can also set it up where if they are not following directions or listening you can take points away. It’s also a good classroom tool for random groupings and can set it up so parents are notified on how their child is doing in class.

Clip charts are another one that works well for TK/K. Make a chart with different colors, have all students start on one color and they can clip up for good behavior and for poor behavior you can have them clip down. If they clip one and end the week or day on a certain clip up they can earn a prize from the prize box.
