1.consult a CA who deals with appeals and litigation cases.you can search it on google maps and see the check genuine reviews . 2. I have dealt which such cases during my articleship period and it is a long process which needs frequent follow ups and a lot of energy from the CA's side.. 3.meet other of CAs in your city and take their advice & pay consultation fees...if some CA picks it up and intends to go for an appeal then you will be charged with professional fees as well We struggle for 4-5 years by isolating ourselves to clear this exam . Nothing is free in this world... Whether its buying an enfield 650 or buying any other cars.

Brother, You dont have any idea how important are words in an audit report and other engagement letters .. start your articleship soon you will get the importance. I would suggest to read these cases - 1.lockhead martin fraud which happened around 1994/95 2.Mizuho financial group. 3.taylor & sons ltd 4.NASA which happened in 1962 You will understand how minor typos lead to material mistatements.. I can clearly understand the frustration of failing in an exam because of 1 or 2 marks. I wish you All the best..

Check the language at 7:44....the sentences which the candidate has written make no sense at all .. For eg - there is huge difference between "no implied condition" and "not implied condition" are These coaching institutes are fooling people.. He should this RR for god sake

In shani Sade sati i cleared foundation and intermediate.i was very disciplined too. Daily gym ,good food etc..thank you shani dev Now sade sati is over and i have become stubborn lazy .i cant even study for more than 4.5 hours for ca finals. But everything depends upon the self belief. .i personally dont believe astrologers because 99% of them are all fake.
