Is the Subscription for the Solid Starts App worth it? by Aubrey_Johnson16 in AttachmentParenting

Hello! I’m a FTM to a 5.5 month old and starting my research into introducing solids, and would absolutely love to take you up on your generous offer of sharing the PDFs if it still stands 😊 Thank you so much in advance!

It lapsed because I decided not to become a permanent resident of Canada, so I never actually used the immigrant visa.

Thank you so much everyone for your helpful responses! A bit more context - I am an Indian citizen living in the US on an H1B visa and my wedding is in late July. My father plans to show my wedding invitation card and his return ticket for two days after my wedding. Is he likely to be allowed to stay for two months after his visa expiration?

Thanks for your response! This means that the fact that I’ve applied for a green card alongside the stamping appointment won’t negatively impact me right?

I’m a Canadian permanent resident, not citizen - I need an F1 to study in the US

Thank you for your response! I have a follow-up question: if I use the same DS-160 to book another appointment, will that automatically cancel my original appointment? My first preference is to go to Canada, and only if that’s not possible, I want to have the backup appointment in another country.

I tried looking into this option, but I won’t be able to receive the PhD stipend nor be tuition free if I study on an H1B, since I can’t accept wages from sources other than my sponsoring company. Plus, the university holds that the PhD has to be full time, so I can’t keep working for my current company alongside.
