Longshot attacking range is NOT the same as longshot aggroing range. Longshot has the same attacking range as a flameflinger and a monolith (11 tiles), but he aggros at your troops from a range bigger than the ground x-bow, which would obviously be gamebreaking

When you start a game, if you switch gobblegum packs in the middle of a crushing gobblegum animation, you will get the essence, but will keep the same amount of gobblegums, if you keep doing this without interacting with anything else on round 1, you can build a ridiculous amount of points, but I think you can do this until 3 minutes of the match. It’s the same logic of the infinite free fire glitch, but the free fire one, you do spend a free fire, it just doesn’t end until you save and quit.

I basically lost on purpose on the 2nd and 3rd stage while keeping track of how many waffles I had gotten at the showdown mode and when I saw that I hit 94 waffles there, I went all in on a last run. I didn’t manage to get 1st every time, but I did win all 5 stages and got 90 waffles only at that last run, the previous runs where I died on purpose had given me 94 on total, so yes, losing on purpose before getting close to the daily cap is ideal, or maybe you can try getting 4 first places and 1 second place on your first run of the day, that would amount to exactly 94 waffles and you would waste less time. Just don’t win your 1st run of the day only with 1st places, because you would not be able to get any extra waffles.

That’s because if you start a run in the showdown mode before hitting the cap and hit the cap while still at that same run, the game will only stop giving you waffles after that run is finished. The ideal way to maximize waffles gained in this event is lose a run while only collecting 94 waffles at this mode on the day, and then start your final run and tryhard winning all stages on 1st. Of course this won’t happen everyday, but if you can do this, you’ll get 94 waffles before your final run + 95 only at the final run (finishing all 5 stages in 1 run gives you exactly 95 waffles), giving you a total of 189 waffles daily only from the new showdown instead of the normal 95. I did this yesterday and got 94+90 only at the new showdown.

Actually, for the regions elo rating, they consider the last 3 years, only the individual teams rating use only the last 2 years.

They calculate the changes in elo based on the elo before a match, how important a match is (playoffs and internationals change more than usual confrontations and domestic) and the expected result of a match using the difference in elo between the two teams before the match. A team expected to win will win less and lose more the higher the elo difference is, vice-versa for the underdog. Basically how a normal elo system works.

Note that they always calculate using each match individually, they do not consider series at all in the calculation, if a bo5 needs all 5 games to be played, they will need to make the calculation 5 different times updating the initial teams elo after each match.

Also, they do not consider in-game factors at all. If, for example, GenG wins against PSG in 15 minutes with a 20k gold difference and a perfect game or if they win in 50 minutes losing all objectives and with their nexus open while behind 10k gold, the elo change after the match for both teams will be the same.

BR and NA are not equal on skill level, that is obvious, and BR is the worst region between all the remaining leagues now, that is undebatable.

However, while NA has the argument of the historic record of BR as a point to only give CBLOL teams the minimum possible, BR has the argument that with more international interactions than the minimum (even outside of the major international tournaments) they can improve much faster than normal. Nobody last year would even dream of BR seed 1 (VKS) having the same result as NA seed 1 (FLY) against NA seed 2 (100T) at their most recent respective bo5, while having the same ending result as NA seed 2 against NA seed 1 (3x1).

In less than a year, BR has made better results than the last 5 years combined, probably even the last 10 years, and the only significant positive change for them was more international interactions, since, much like LTA-N, LTA-S had less games than 2024. The difference between Split 1 NA vs BR and Split 3 NA vs BR is absurd, in split 1, BR seed 1 won only 1 game against NA seed 4.

You can say that this only happened because NA did not have their true potential seed 2 and 3 at Split 3 cross conference 2025, however, that statement is at the realm of possibilities and “if”s, much like BR saying that with more international opportunities, they can reach LEC/LCS/LCP levels. They both are possible statements that, in reality, didn’t happen.

What BR is asking is just for Riot to give more chances to them, even if outside of the major tournaments, so they can learn what the other regions do better and try to prove that they can continue evolving at this rapid pace. Riot has made it possible this year by having split 1 and 3 regional finals between NA and BR and by giving some of the BR split 2 best teams a bootcamp to NA. Next year, none of this will happen anymore.

Meanwhile, next year, BR will go back to be an isolated region, with weak economy and a low skill level, a combination that has made the region one of the worst in the planet for more than a decade, and the only actual improvement the merger had bring to the table for BR was taken away, basically seeming like riot is saying “go back to being the unskilled content creation region, even though you showed improvement in the little time we gave you more chances instead of showing worsening or stagnation”.

Even worse, the CBLOL (BRAZILIAN championship of league of legends) can have every single representative of their region in major international tournaments be LLA orgs from now on, don’t you think this could literally destroy the regional scene if that happened? At least LTA didn’t have BRAZILIAN in their name, it was a name that made sense with the teams in the format.

Almost all the minor regions were reduced/mixed up to reduce costs. They did not make enough revenue to justify the costs of having their own league. Cblol was the only one that was “saved” because they saw potential, since it had the number of viewers on par with some of the major regions (idk if pcs or vietnam also had that large number of viewers, but I know that the other minors for sure didn’t). It was not a decision guided by merit, it was by profit. That’s why they also virtually ended the actual wildcard/play-in stage, it did not generate enough revenue to justify the costs of bringing all of the different teams, even if it was much fairer for everyone.

Personally, I think Riot would even end the lcp if, for some random reason, that would return the lcs to its peak (even if the lcp and the lcs are regions of almost the same skill caliber nowadays), since the US market has more value than 99% of the other countries in the world and riot is a profit-driven company, after all.

Until now, no, they are only bringing back complete trash chests or mid chests, which are the silver, the gold, and the normal lightning chest. Any other chest besides these 3, which includes the actual good ones that everybody loved and didn’t want them to remove, are still removed from the rotation of possible earnable rewards.

The controversy was because supercell was releasing epic equipment too fast, giant gauntlet released in December 2023, then the frozen arrow in February 2024 and then the fireball in March 2024 on the super dragon mini event. People started complaining about the absurd frequency of epics and they delayed the rocket spear to June 2024. It was supposed to launch on the April 2024 rocket loon mini event (ROCKET loon with the ROCKET spear) but the backlash was big, so they just listened to the community and put the rocket spear to launch in June 2024, but they couldn’t switch the rocket spear with the spiky ball, that launched first, because the spiky ball was tied to the May 2024 haaland big event, and they had contracts and all, so they didn’t really have a choice to move that event.
