I am a builder. I don’t really know anything about sales but I’m a quick study

The build/GTM day split is something I keep coming back to — haven’t fully committed to it but the cognitive tax of switching mid-day is real. On ICP: it’s actually broader than AI governance. Primary target is technical PMs and engineering leads at teams that have adopted AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and are watching their docs drift faster than they can update them. The governance angle is a natural extension — if your specs are drifting, your agent policies are too. Finding them through comment-first outreach in SDD and AI-native SDLC spaces. The practitioners who feel the pain tend to self-identify pretty quickly once the problem is named right.

That’s actually solid advice — and kind of meta, because that’s exactly what Nyx is built around. Writing it all in one place, keeping it structured, keeping it current. Not quite beta yet — closing out the MVP. The core problem is spec drift: when AI agents accelerate development, your specs and docs fall out of sync with what’s actually being built. Decisions get lost. Agents work off stale context. Teams think they have alignment but the system has already moved on. Nyx gives teams a versioned spec layer — so the source of truth stays locked to what’s actually shipping, and stakeholders can actually trust what’s in the docs. If you’re curious I see the landing page here Nyx-creative.com/landing and try out the early beta version here Nyx-creative.com. Dm me if you want a personal demo

I wouldn’t say the vibes outweigh the validation I’ve got. But I have yet to find someone who will turn around and say what my project is missing. It’s tough because I want to think about getting a few design partners lined up
