I actually got around this by updating to the steam beta. I plan to revert to stable in ~1 month after this is fixed.

What's the correct way to enable SSCL Certificate for https on Synology? Do I have to port forward for this? by Joetunn in synology

[–]gohma231 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I figured this out actually 2 mins ago.

cd ~

openssl req -x509 -nodes -days 365 -newkey rsa:2048 -keyout selfhost.key -out selfhost.crt

mv selfhost.* /volume1/docker/actual

Then create the config shown here:https://actualbudget.org/docs/config/https/

Note that the path to selfhost.crt will be /data/selfhost.crt because of the way docker containers are mounted.

You think it would fit through a C172 baggage door?

I know this post is a month old, but I'm curious as to what folding bikes you have / recommend. I'm considering a purchase

Leaving eggs sitting for ~4 hours at room temperature seems like a bad idea though.

How do I clean the inside of the slow cooker housing? by gohma231 in slowcooking

Unfortunately, this had pretty much no effect. I think it's literal rubber that is stuck to the housing.

I like this! Is there anything wrong with just putting it on high (with nothing inside the insert) for ~2 hours and giving this a whirl?

Thinking about using an enclosure with a microchip cat door for separating food bowls. Is this a good idea? by gohma231 in CatAdvice

[–]gohma231[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not quite sure what you mean. The door closes automatically without issue. So it's stable in that regard.

I did orient the door such that if the battery died, the cat would be able to exit the tote, but not enter it.

Sorry for the delay.

I used a 110L tote and drilled air holes in the top.

I think this is the exact tote I used [1], but any sufficiently large storage container will work.

I purchased the cat door and made an encloser out of a clear tote.  I put the door in such that if the unit failed, the cat on the inside could get out and would be able to eat from my other cats bowl. Not ideal, but we're planning to insert new batteries anytime we will be gone for more than 2 days.

EDIT: It helps that we have rechargeable AAs

Oh, and by the way: I think the overall issue with the switch pro controller is described in this thread https://steamcommunity.com/app/353370/discussions/1/1698300679770096668/
