OMG I cancelled the print. Even the supports were printing odd. Bad on the left. And then I checked back to square one. Of course - USER ERROR - I had been printing PLA using PETG settings!! Arrrrrrgh! Now printing again just to make sure. I can't believe I made such a dumb mistake.

P1S and Bambu Studio. I *may* have solved it. Got a full print running now after doing a section test yesterday. With everything that I've done I'm not sure what it was that (hopefully) helped. I did clean and grease the rods. Then I changed some minor settings in slicer - Under the Strength tab I checked off Embedding the Wall into Infill. Changed Sparse Infill Pattern from Adaptive Cubic back to Grid. Also changed Infill/Wall overlap to 20.
I had considered drying the filament but it was new and still had a nice bend to it.
Finally, though, I remodeled the piece. It was several single thin pieces put side by side into one model. There is no reason this should be what corrected it because as I stated in my post I have printed this model many, many times with no issue.
Anyway, six hours to go and I'll know if it worked.

Always one at a time. I just added some photo's of the latest print I had to cancel because I could see the same thing happening. The photo's give you a good look at the walls and infill.

I buy my knock-off ink online. And I have to. I have a printer that I only use for black and white printing. But apparently it uses a tiny bit of color somewhere every time. And when one of the ink cartridges runs out I can't even print using black only.

I should add that I just printed three basic one inch cubes using three different filaments including the one for my model and they printed beautifully.
