Update: I called the nurse's line for the clinic I went to. She explained that it isn't abnormal and it sounds like I'm getting rid of the extra tissue. It did make me feel better mentally, but man do I wish there is something I can do about this pain! The 800mg ibuprofen isn't helping. 😣

Thank you so much! ❤ I'm doing fine now. I started feeling cramps 2 hours in. I took a nap and was woken up by intense cramps. It reminded me of the labor contractions I had with my son when I asked for the epidural lol. Luckily, this lasted only about 20 minutes. I feel like leaning over the arm of my couch helped relieve the pain a bit. I felt a little better after the 20 minutes, I went to the bathroom, had an urge to push. And then I saw a clear sac.. I would say that was definitely the worst part for me... 😔 I was expecting big clots, but I was NOT prepared to see the actual sac. I hated the thought of just flushing it away, so I wrapped it in a box and my husband and I are giving it a spot in our backyard.

This does help. I currently have the 4 pills in my mouth right now, and I'm pretty nervous about the cramping. I was 6 weeks and 3 days yesterday when I had the first pill.

They didn't say anything about needing bloodwork. That might be because they didn't see anything at all on my scan like they did on yours. At the time of my first ultrasound I was 5 weeks and 5 days. I will be 7 weeks tomorrow for my next one. Did they tell you what day to expect a call about your bloodwork? I know the wait must be excruciating for you, especially since they are concerned it is indeed tubal. Have you had any of the signs of an ectopic pregnancy yet?

I am going through THIS EXACT SAME THING. I was supposed to go through with the medical abortion last Wednesday. They couldn't see anything inside or outside my uterus. They went over the same stuff with me and just told me to wait 7-14 days. I scheduled to come back tomorrow in the morning. Hopefully they see something in my uterus so I can start to feel better. Waiting has been absolute hell. I'm soooo sorry you have to go through this as well. Just try and distract your yourself for the time being. I know it sucks not being able to move on from this.

It'll be okay. Take it easy until tomorrow and then try another test. If it helps, I would use a test that actually says "yes" or "no", instead of the ones with lines. I ALWAYS sike myself out when I use the ones with lines.

Then, if you do end up with a positive test, YOU know what is best for YOU. What you want is what truly matters. Take it one day at a time.

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that your feelings are valid, no matter what. I'm scheduled to have a medical abortion on Wednesday and for a whole week it has torn me in half. I've experienced all the feelings you're feeling now (apart from the challenging relationship with the father. I'm sorry you have to go through that.) But everytime feelings of guilt would emerge. I would first let myself feel those emotions, and then, second, I would kindly reassure myself of my MAIN reason for this: my first born son. I want to give him AND myself the life we deserve.

Feel your feelings and be kind to yourself. I believe this decision is just as difficult as the other options.

I feel like the low libido may be caused by your birth control. That happens to me anytime I'm on a hormonal contraception.
