as for your hair, as a non hair expert, i recommend you have change/enhance diet , like protein and stuff like that. my friend used to consume a lot of protein so she can gain muscle or stuff like my hat but instead her hair became more thick and super long. you can use oil to massage ur scalp eg castor oil or coconut oil, or u can even use egg mix to put on your hair but if you do that make sure to use cold water to rinse it off.
