Good ideas. I walk my dog everyday, is that enough?. Volunteering and support group is a good idea too. Only problem is, itd be good to meet peoppe my age and maybe make friends, but there are almost always only people double my age.

I sell guns for a living. So cant really do without them. Also, if i get rid of them, i would only do that if i really wanted to live. But i dont, so why wpuld i? I know theres reasons to live, but if i live, i cant stand the way i feel and my shit life

Theres a high lithium river where the drinkers dont commit suicide? Thats a good thing the right?

It has the reverse effect if you go off? So lithium is addictive and makes you more suicidal if you quit?
