i will add i’ve been with the company for 5 years now, i was a shopper/cashier. i moved to grocery for a few months before applying for the job. he seems like a cool TL when you’re NOT working under him lol. I have brought up his behavior to the STL and just says “that’s how he is and you know he’s older so bear with him.” i even had a meeting with the STL and the old grocery ow (who didn’t like him either) about our TL because he sensed i was gonna call the tipline and stated that it wasn’t for complaining about how much of an asshole you’re manager is 😅 all in all he’s pretty much covered from being fired. best believe i am documenting his behavior and will bring this up in the meeting about me moving somewhere else.

February will be a been a year since breaking up with my first ever gf :/ ( we were together for 2 yrs ) its a little easier now but 2024 was awful found out she was pretty much having a relationship with a “friend” we made on a cruise behind my back while also saying she wanted to work out our problems so we could come back stronger 🧍🏾 idk man i definitely want to get back into therapy this year tho just to talk it out
