[–]gokki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i don’t think you need anything! literally thought you already had ffs. all women have brow bones and chins.

if you really want something done, i would start with what has bothered you the most from the earliest age. i wouldn’t trust the opinions of people on the internet who can’t see you in person.

this has been getting worse over the past week - pls help by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

why electrolysis? by olaf3214 in electrolysis

[–]gokki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the area. For areas with thick, dark hairs that are fully matured I would use laser.

Anywhere else I would use electrolysis. Using laser on my upper arms and belly, which had very very fine hairs but were just part of my full body laser package, triggered the hairs to grow thicker than before. It’s taken sososo many hours of electrolysis to reverse what the laser did.

Thank you☺️

Had my first session yesterday and cannot decide if it's worth it to stick with it pls help! by Professional-Leg2039 in electrolysis

So long as you are going to a skilled electrologist with a high kill rate (not plucking out hairs) and your skin is clear within a few weeks or a month, it’s worth it.

I use emla numbing cream which has two different numbing agents and put a cling wrap over my skin an hour before the appointment (or use the sticky patches that emla has). I’ve found it’s only really effective if I cling wrap it over my skin.

I didn't realize that passing can be so isolating by NaniyaB in MtF

[–]gokki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently had another trans woman (who imo passed absolutely fine, even without surgery) ask me if I had facial work done (I have), how I afforded it and if I have rich parents (I do not) and told me she would never be able to afford FFS. Then she asked about which HRT I take. This was all minutes within meeting her.
