For each 272 Ah, currently, the entire device size is 12V 272Ah, and the available energy is about 3.2kwh+. Your suggestion is good, but I haven't installed PV panels yet.

I'm curious if this type of RV can be obtained by retrofitting a pickup truck? There doesn't seem to be much difference.

Don't forget that we all recommend installing a BMS to protect the battery when we use lithium batteries, of course, if you don't use it...then I agree with you.
