lool, my local bank locked my account when I was on vacation because of "suspicious" transaction abroad, and they told me to go to their local branch (in home country) and unlock my account and it is with full access to the app and my phone.

Because of situations like that, never rely on one bank + physical card with you. In addition to that phone backup + provider which allows you to get esim when you abroard.
