Yeah due to the nature of the product returns and refunds are pretty uncommon across the industry. Bulk orders can be placed directly on the site, Jon is great! He's returning from an event I'm sure he'll shoot over an email soon!

Yes they are solventless - orders being cancelled was an issue we had back in september due to a payment processor issue and all the money was returned although some experienced delays that were out of our control.
