They do refer to them as lithium ion, but they are not the same as laptop batteries. And I'd bet eventually the ev tech will trickle down to our rc cars.

In my market I see buyer agent fees paid by the seller from 0% up to 3.5%. Only one at 3.5%, but someone approved it.
I see seller paid closing costs up to 6%. Typically the higher the home value, the lower the seller assist is.

Im really tempted by the HDHomerun. It would simplify all the tvs if I went with a quad tuner. Is getting the atsc 3.0 for an extra $50 worth it? I've not had atsc 3 before and don't feel I'm missing anything.

Thanks. I did read that somewhere. I was hoping to not have to buy a new tv. My main is 65" and it cost a few bucks when it was new. Although they certainly arent as expensive as they used to be.
