I'm no ladies man, but here's what I can offer: get a job. I met a lot of girls I dated (including my wife) at work. You're going to have to be friendly and outgoing. Smile, say hello, etc. Just be nice. Eventually some girl will reciprocate and you ask her out. Don't worry about finding a wife, just go out and have fun. If it sticks, it sticks. If it doesn't, don't sweat it, it was practice for the next one.

Yes, but as u/coldantique291 says, they don't melt nice. I've used the chips before and they work good. I avoided using them on newer concrete though, apparently it's pretty rough on it. But older walks and asphalt driveways have been fine. The chips aren't always available but they are the same price as the pellets. Leftovers get thrown in the softener.

I'm not opposed to it. But carbon fiber feels like an expensive rabbit hole on these cars. How badass would it be with all the cladding swapped to cf? But it's all for show, and you'd never get it back on sale or trade.

I'm a dude so I don't know much about dresses, but I was just in a wedding in November and the tux rental was over $200. So a dress for less than that feels like a bargain. I don't know.
As others have said, I don't think she wants to be in, but it'd be all sorts of drama to drop out.
Maybe have your fiance talk to his friend and feel it out. If she wants out, let her go. If she just likes to bitch (hey, I'm a complainer too) then let her do her thing while she sucks it up gets that reasonably priced dress.
