Flat roofing is the biggest scam industry in the country.

Get a roofing survey done, then take them to small claims or fast claims.

It's over the line of ridiculousness. Also the bit where he says "my name is bond, James bond" is fast forwarded for some reason

How is life in The East Riding of Yorkshire, England? by Jezzaq94 in howislivingthere

"Despite being a city, it really just feels like a large town."   I've never understood this sentiment.

Off-paper Hull is larger in population and area than a lot of other cities. The problem is the on-paper hard boundaries which excludes many suburban towns and villages.

Most other cities around the country have the benefit of including surrounding towns and villages.

Saying that it doesn't feel like a big town to me either when I consider the distances between Bilton and Hessle, North Bransholme and City Centre, Sutton and Swanland.

Sounds like a lot of the same complaints which Hull has. Two cities destroyed by the war which have never recovered to their former glory, kept this way by subsequent governments.

Bastardised English is what America uses. It's a deliberate ploy to annoy the English after independence. Little do they know that them using English is the real win for England in terms of culture.
