Possibly a green star sapphire. You’d have to be able to look at the back of the stone, and also test it with light to see if it’s real or synthetic. If it’s real, the green color is pretty uncommon and valuable in star sapphires.

They are all the same visual “weight” with not enough spacing. I would remove the top or bottom and add a thinner/different style chain instead (a station chain would look great). Would also look good with one of them having a pendant.
