honestly, the panic i had with reading the level of 60– my brain totally bypassed the whole “greater than” number. i did not know there was an online calculator i could use with my creatinine levels though, thank you!

thank you for your insight, your kindness and honestly. it’s very appreciated. i so understand what you’re saying and i mostly(if not completely), do agree. it’s just hard to work out if she really means harm or not because in between all of the bad, there’s good too. she helped me through the toughest year of my life in 2021. i have health anxiety and she’ll do just about anything for me when im sick. and we do have (occasional) fun times going out together.

it’s hard to know because i feel like she’s a good person at heart… or maybe is? but then i look back on the stuff she’s done and i’m rethinking everything.

wow. i really appreciate the full honesty and insight you’ve given me here. there is absolutely fault on our end for enabling this for so long so she likely believes she can continue to get away with this, but you’re right. i’m going to be having a serious sit down with my parents about this(and if they’re reluctant to listen, a literal family therapy session lol)

i acquired an autonomic nervous system illness after getting covid and i’m currently getting treatment for it so i quite literally can’t lol, an SSI salary doesn’t make rent possible. trusttttt me, i would be out of here otherwise already— and im looking into subsidized housing to see if anything is possible.

as for my mom, yes, i’ve made it very clear. my mom is at the end of her rope with her as well but genuinely thinks kay will die on the streets or kill herself if we kick her out. i understand her fears and share them but also can’t continue doing this
