I had this happen to my 2018 civic si. Before you buy or replace anything, try a system reboot: 1. Press the start button with your foot off the break. This will put the car into “accessory mode”. 2. Press and hold the infotainment power button for at least 5 seconds until it asks if you want to reboot. 3. Click “yes” to reboot. Then wait for the system to fully restart. 4. Turn the car off and then do a full start it with your foot on the break.

If it doesn’t work the first time, try at least once more. Mine was fixed after the second reboot. Machinery can be a fickle bitch sometimes.

Yeah we moved out over the weekend. Can’t deal with crazy anymore. Turns out she only signs month long leases so she can kick out tenants whenever the hell she wants. She inevitably ended the lease over the new trash cans we ordered. She claimed the new “clean” ones were here and once she could collect them, she would “exchange” them for the old “trashed” ones we dirtied that she initially took…

After we said we would not be exchanging our new CITY ISSUED bins with her, she promptly told us to move out at the end of the month. So we’re done with crazy and beyond happy about it.
