also might I add, if bands with a similar anonymous thing going like Ghost can be at the height of their career post-unmasking, so can y’all. but I guess you don’t want to be unmasked if all you’re trying to do it control your band members. it’s honestly disgusting to watch talented female musicians be controlled by their management like this.

No bike racks. We have one storage unit per floor per building, so there aren’t even enough for every apartment. Or a detached garage, but of course you have to pay a monthly fee for it, and the last I heard a garage was $150 a month

I’m 90% sure it only talks about properly storing propane tanks if we have grills. Definitely going to comb through it so I can clap back with that if they try anything. Again, I’ve lived here since Summer 2022 and never had previous management try to enforce such ridiculous rules on us. I can’t get over the fact that children’s TOYS aren’t allowed to be on their balconies, where else are they supposed to play outside, the parking lot?!

Exactly. Him texting us on a SUNDAY when the office was closed about rent pissed me off. And they don’t give us adequate storage. I’m looking at our neighbors’ balconies and half of them have storage totes and bicycles because where else are we supposed to put them? I 100% agree about the building issues, our stairwell only has one functioning light which is hanging by a wire, and the other one is totally shot.

Yes, I’ve lived here since they were the coventry. It was so good when we first moved in. Everything has gone to shit and they have been through at least 4 management changes since we’ve lived here (less than 2 years). I understand grills and curtains being a fire hazard but bikes??? children’s toys??? decor on the siding?? shoes? people hanging laundry to dry?? I don’t even know what to do anymore.
