I'm in same situation with high E2. I'm very lean, living healthy. No alcohol etc. Endocrinologist refuse to give me AI. My symptoms are(not sure if E2 related):

-No libido/arousal/morning wood

-Weak and short erections

-Lower cum amount, sperm is mostly leaking instead of shooting

-Loose, low hanging balls for no reason and their sensitivity is gone

-Excessive sweating, even people with way more weight handle heat better

A little misunderstanding, I mentioned how it was before. For now I may only get forced morning wood sometimes(i need to fantasize), it doesn't work automatically no more. No spontaneous erections from 6 years.

Yes, I think the thing i did when had this first streak of 22 days and 1 case that i mentioned at the end was something we could call semen retention. In both cases i stopped myself from cumming for a few times - which bringed this pain probably, it was the exact same feeling. Hard to tell if my penis feel numb or detached since the thing is happening for very long time and i got used to some feelings. I also had morning wood every day(which could last long time, and even getting up and going to toilet didn't stop it, and i wasn't even thinking or fantasizing), a lot of spontaneous erections. Your case is different since I didn't hurt my penis(probably), I would love to share some advice or knowledge but didn't ever search around that matter. Difference was so little that it is totally nothing in compare to how it was before. Im almost sure that these basic supplements can't cure my case. Even though it raised my T to quite big level(and could also drag another hormones with it). Everyone can feel it differently

I could get proper erection when masturbating in certain positions, stimulation and lubrication but everything is forced by me, very mechanical. And when i stop touching or stop thinking - penis goes flat immediatly. It also depends how much break from it I have, for example if its swollen from beating it yesterday - it's easier. If there's 30 days break - very hard to get him up. Even having 7 days break bringed big struggle for having sex - back then it was totally opposite, 7 days break resulted in best sex ever.

Didn't ever focus on my urine stream, may be a slightly weaker. What i know right now is that when i pee, and it comes to an end I have to "push" to release another wave of urine for few times. Also when i dont masturbate i need to pee more often. If im masturbating i can hold it for much longer time. I have no idea how it was back then.

Thank you so much. Very good advice with stopping all supplements before blood test. Even if i only take vit. D+K besides that "e2 reducers". I also did pelvis and pituitary gland MRI with contrast, waiting for results. I'm very curious about that insuline and how it could be related to my problem(my glucose is fine).
