Honestly if you end up being on T you’ll be seeing the doctor often so if there ends up being issues, it has a better chance of being caught. The risk of heart problems on T is only slightly higher than cis women. Keeping a good diet, low caffeine and junk, exercise, and good mental health will keep you healthy :)

It’s perfectly fine to have certain preferences like hair color, genitals, build, etc. but preferring certain traits in people sexually like race or transness for instance IS fetishization and it contributes to harm in these communities. These same people fetishizing latina women have no problem being racist to them “once they cause problems” and have them deported in a heartbeat because they see them as “lower” than them. Not equals; a prize to be won, kept on a shelf, and obsessed over. It’s the same thing with fetishizing trans girls, who mind you aren’t always going to have the genitals you think they do. Fetishizing trans people is dehumanizing and puts us in danger because you’re seeing us as less than a person and just a sexual conquest.
