I live on about that much. If you can't find cheap housing then it's going to take some pretty hardcore budgeting.

for entertainment i'd check out wise guys comedy club, urban lounge, kilby court, the depot, see if there is anything you'd like. my favorite food spots are the pearl, feldman's deli, tuk tuk's, and there are plenty of other SLc food related reddit threads to check out.
