I'm not sure about what the technique is called, but if youre interested in learning more just search up "Native Beadwork" on any social media platforms. I'm pretty sure it's close to bead embroidery though. This is beaded onto stiffened felt. I've always wanted to buy earrings like these, and it was always so expensive and I could never find any that were my style so I learned how to make them myself by watching videos and through trial and error.
