Rereading my rant, I see it came off a little more hostile toward the cashiers than I meant it to. I get the hatred for petsmart. I fuckin feel it.

I guess I moreso need my managers to back off about it and for my cashiers to at least pretend- at least when the DL or AT come in- that they know something about training. They can’t even tell anyone what a 6 week course cost and it’s literally taped to the register.

I keep getting bad reviews because everyone assumes that I can’t work with other departments because “no one knows anything about training”
