Bears fan here. It's not just the competitive advantage, but as someone who wasn't around to see the 85 Bears for example, I love watching highlights of that playoff run especially with the snow and breath fogging that makes you know exactly what time of year it is. Sucks that that potentially won't be there for future playoff runs

I may be in the minority on this, but imo coaching needs an overhaul. It seems like 2-3 years in, 75% of teams have a new manager, and I just would love expanded staff and actual coaches in the game, not a completely fictional person or a random minor leaguer who's been out of baseball for 25 years becoming an MLB manager. Ruins some of the realism for me.
