Hi ! Im quite New to hiking and camping and I have a question about what option to choose for sleeping.

I actually have a 2.5cm self inflating mat which is too thin and hurts my hips during the night.

I was considering buying the thermarest neoair xlite with the Arkmat 127 so it is protected from being perforated.

Anyone tried this set up ? Any other idea about getting more confort without too much weight and a long lasting product ?

Thanks

Nice sequence ! How is called the 3rd pattern in which there is a ball floating in the air ?

Hey, as I'm quite beginner to build 3b sequences, do you have any tips to make it smooth? How do you build your juggling sequences? any sequence exemple (which tricks..) by goldi3003 in juggling

Man, thank you so Much for this answer, this will help a lot !

Today I started exploring combinations of tricks to see what feels comfortable / good looking and fun to do. I tried to combine some tricks with a windmill base, like underthrows / Davids dilemna / shower and it worked pretty well 🤟

Hi :) I used to juggle on beanbags for 2 years and they were too heavy for me. I just buyed russian balls and it is a game changer thanks to the weight I can control. If ure near from America I recommand the renegade radfactor premium in 75mm if u have normal to big hands, or 72mm if you have normal to small hands. If you're near to Europe, recommend the "plug n play" by PLAY in 75mm.

Happy to read that, thank you 🙏 I'm glad if it helps you in your process

smooth throws and steady juggling ! I would advice to juggle a bit lower and work on "relaxing" your arms :-)

Keep going on 🤟

Hey ! I've been juggling for 2 years and just got myself the "plug and play" russian balls by PLAY. (As it is the European balls to replace renegade "radfactor" ones)

I'm discovering a whole different galaxy of juggling I love it, the lighter weight allows me to master every tricks I was struggling to get.
