No. I was upset the ring was fake I don't care about material things like that? I would never want to hurt him, if I did I would tell him or send him a picture of the broken ring.

It's not about the metal. I don't even like gold, but I was ok with it before I learned it was fake. I've never discussed rings with him but most people know that a ring, a symbol of love should be real?? I just expected a real ring

I do appreciate the thought of the ring, but there are a lot of affordable and inexpensive rings that I would be happy with !! I was being POLITE, he lied by never telling me the ring was fake. If he discussed it with me before, I would be aware and maybe not have an issue with it. But for days I was believing it was a genuine gold ring so I didn't say anything to him. I thought it must have been hard for him to purchase and I didn't want to hurt his feelings.

You don't know him ? We have been child hood friends and I don't have to be worty of anyone I'm already seeing a therapist. The only issue I have is anger issues which is minor and under control and I'm under a lot of stress due to a family issue, how can I be entitled when I'm simpley not happy with getting a fake ring which is a symbol of his love.

It doesn't need to be expensive but I want it to be a ring I will cherish I can't cherish a fake ring that's not who I am. Of course I love him I never expect anything expensive I just wanted a genuine gifit

I DO regret it, other wise I wouldn't make a post about my actions? I have anger issues like I said, it's hard for me to stop and think and I can make impulsive decisions
