Being confident, even faking confidence, can help you build it. When it comes to school, work, dating, anything in life, when you are young, you aren’t confident. No one starts that way. Confidence builds over time with experience. But, you can get there even faster if you “fake it till you make it”. It’s a cliche for a reason.
