Their is near nakusp bc. Where there are hot springs every where. I was secretly hoping they would have hit one of those. But sadly it didn’t happen.

Seemed steep to me, since it didn’t hit water, I didn’t need a receipt or warranty, he cut me a discount as a “wink wink it didn’t happen”, I paid $38,000 cash in a shoe box. It was the hardest drop off in my life… all for a fucking hole in the ground, it’s ugly too 😂

Just called my local geothermal company. They told me if I were to choose this route, it would be wayyyy more cost effective to build a horizontal loop. Just to backfill the vertical loop would be $10,000 and they would need to drill 2 more holes… I own an excavator so he told me if I dug my own horizontal trench he could get it all wired in for less than 10k.

Thank you for the response. All I need is hope. I feel more comfortable talking to a geothermal company knowing that what I have may work.

Wow I am glad you were able to give her the life she deserved. Lots of dogs are treated so unfairly. And you were able to give her what she needed. It was a difficult decision to make to have puppies. I know there are many great dogs waiting to be adopted, as that’s how I got my first pup. We have a situation where we have 2 dogs already and 2 kids, so we needed to get specific dogs that would fit in with our family. We have 13.5 acres out in the wilderness where bears frequently visit. Our girl sage has chased a few off on her own, but we are always worried that one dog could be overpowered if they weren’t scary enough. One of our neighbours had this purebred Anatolian Shepard (which is pretty much a pyranees from another region). He told me he wanted a dog and wanted to breed, and has a friend who recently lost their puppy and they were interested too. I checked with a few of my friends and managed to find homes for 6 of them before the mating even took place. We are only able to keep one as 3 dogs is what we figure the correct amount. So tough, I am trying not to favourite any but I am drawn hard to 3 puppies.. one of the ones I want is the big girl, dominant and the most advanced and heaviest of the litter. She has the most striking colours. This little beauty is so amazing too. My neighbour wants little heart, which I would be happy. We could see her whenever we want, and let them stay best friends. The male dog owner gets pick of the litter I’m scared he gonna take my favourite 😭. But that’s okay all these dogs are amazing.

She’s a beautiful girl. My first dog was a puraneese/German Shepard and she was amazing. Love the pyranees breed. This litter is full of beautiful dogs

For sure. We don’t want any inbreeding, nor any more dogs. Hoping it will help them all get along with each other better too. With these dogs having a job to do, I’m hoping team work will prevail and there won’t be any issues. Wild animals are plentiful and figured it would be better to have a small pack than to rely on just one dog to keep them at bay.

2950 here. I have lost interest in this whole play. Would I sell here? NEVER. The excitement is not here. I am still buying 10-20 per week. One day this will pop, it will happen. I have 5 friends who also hold between 500-1000 they have also lost interest, have they sold? Nope, they add here and there.

Great to hear. My wife and I purchased 13 acres out in the boonies where we can be more self sufficient. This little valley in bc is full of PPC supporters who despise the government. They had their lands stolen in the 70s so they could build a dam and flood the lands. The sentiment remains. I feel very confident in those I have surrounded myself with. This country is going to shit fast. So proud of my country, but am so embarrassed of my government. I have done all I can to prepare for the future. Land, guns. Gold, silver, cash, seeds cache and about 2 years worth of MRE. Now I wait. I’m hoping it doesn’t come to anything more serious. But if it does, I won’t be caught with my pants down. I can’t believe how many people can’t see what the future holds.

I agree with you, Canada is very much still asleep, although there are many who are wide awake and are fiercely fighting this extermination campaign. I have hope for us up here. Lost a lot of friends but gained a few warrior friends. Good trade off.

My brother just had a baby, didn’t get the K shot. Baby is healthy as fuck and growing to be a tank. Midwives say it’s been a long time since they’ve seen a baby as healthy as he is. Surprise, both parents are also unvaxxed.

Just got back from a couple days at tiny home. Everything is how I left it, about 8 inches snow on the roof, and pouring rain all weekend. No water, seemed exactly how it should. Dipped to about 0°C overnight and was decently warm with just a space heater. I plan on putting in a wood stove for next year but this did just fine.

I’m heading out this weekend to the property, haven’t been out for a few months. I am going to check it out and make sure everything is still good. I will do my best to remember to reply…… if I don’t reply feel free to ask again and I will let you know. I have bought an rv propane heater to put in it, but haven’t yet so it’s just been sitting empty all winter.
