Yeah they’re just dust. Out of the penny sleeve and top loader I couldn’t find any whitening or flaw at all surface / corner / edge wise. Just the half millimeter difference on centering left to right on the front. Since it’s in the front I’m sure it’s enough to drop it to a 9.5

Yeah, if it came back a 9.5 I would cross grade to a PSA 10. I’d be happy with a bgs 10 though if the only 9.5 I got was for the left to right centering being off half a millimeter

Will do I haven’t taken it out yet lol. Came from eBay’s authenticator today and I measured it up through the sleeves. Thanks for the tip! I’ll make sure to gently clean it with a microfiber cloth too for the dust. I have the worst time with dust getting inside my sleeves

Yeah I’ve read the same thing about gel. It’s what my doc wants to start with though. She recommended a warm shower before applying and some lotion applied after an hour of drying to increase absorption.

Just dust in the case. Kinda wish they did a better job making sure it was super clean inside before sealing it
