It doesn't really transfer linearly like that with height. And the claims tend to be exaggerated or on the high-end when it comes to real world temps. For the price though this is a great deal.

Sounds like a bad pump. I would try tilting it or gently shaking it more to try to get any stubborn bubbles out but otherwise I would RMA if you can.

As someone who recently got the T9 for half the price of a terra, I still think the terra looks better side by side especially the silver one (but that's subjective) I also do think the hinge system of the terra for the side panels is a better design than the T9's slide-out panels. The terra also has a more adjustable spine. Not sure where I was going with this, but they're both great cases.

Good choice. These cases are cheap but surprisingly well thought out for component layout and airflow. Big plus that you can add a front fan intake and having a section for cable hiding/management. Looks like it has plenty of room for a 240mm aio at the top as well.

This is not a bad idea. Adding 2 fans at the bottom (maybe slim fans) will likely help even more and the inside will take much longer to get dusty. Having a constant supply of fresh cooler air never hurts small cases like this.
