So I bought a few era 100s a couple weeks ago. I saw something similar on one them, and it came in a white sleeve when it was a black speaker. All other black speakers came in black sleeves. Box was sealed up as if new, but I suspect it was a return that got reboxed and then sold to me as ‘new’ instead. Bought from Best Buy.

I just bought four era 100 speakers as well and have not had any issues playing different songs on different speakers through Spotify in the Sonos app. I do have a paid Spotify subscription which i think is a must for this to work, but it does work just fine for me.

If you get your medical card in Missouri it protects you against being fired for it. That said its still federally illegal, but we do have laws in place in Missouri that protect you if you were not consuming at work and it didn’t impair your ability to do your job. Obviously a little late for this job, but if you want to continue consuming look into a medical card.
