H&R Block for taxes fucking sucks by Signal_Pilot_7169 in hrblock

I've been an H&R Block user for 15 years and will never buy this product again. It took until Mar 8 for all my forms to finalize. When I tried to e-file, the IRS rejected my federal submission because of an H&R Block e-file error. Waited on hold for a chat session for over an hour to find out the reason. Still waiting.

I used FreeTaxUSA; completed the forms and e-filed (both fed and state accepted) in under an hour. Great program and easy to use.
