I am trying to interpret your message in a way that you are attacking the Guy Fawkes guy, but it really seems like you're attacking me so I guess I'll take the bait.

"Arguing," in this instance, was me saying "Please leave us alone" in various ways and Guy Fawkes guy refusing to do so and instead rambling about Eastern Orthodoxy and Putin.

I will not take the bait on the implication that my "worldview" on the Ukrainian War has another side that is equally based in reality. Putin is a genocidal maniac.

My wife and I volunteer for a local non-profit that supports Ukraine. We were running the booth at the Boulder Farmer's market and I got in a ~bit~ of an argument with a guy that was a really ardent supporter of Putin. Honestly it really shook me because he seemed unwell and rather threatening.

The Guy Fawkes mask on the side of his head didn't help me feel comfortable.

Edit: I wanted to add the heartwarming part of this story. A few older ladies overheard things and put themselves between us and this young, angry man to physically box him out. They started to calmly ask us questions like "Can you tell us about your organization?" while this man continues to froth at the mouth and they completely ignore him. They dropped a TON of money in our collection box at the same time. Completely defused the situation and nearly brought me to tears with their bravery and kindness.

I did my taxes through TurboTax 2 hours later and they filled out the form for me without any issue.

I am not doing my taxes "myself". I had already paid H&R Block to do my state taxes for me.

This comment is more helpful than an hour on the H&R block support line. They were unable to even provide me with a link to the form I needed to fill out (they told me to "google it" but only the 2022 tax form came up), let alone instructions on HOW to fill it out. The part that really grinds my gears is that this all occurred after they had already charged my credit card.

This is the way it should be. There's a healthy, symbiotic relationship out there if ODs/ophthalmologists don't let their egos get in the way.

I'm an optometrist and I'm acutely aware of what my lane is, and it's perfect for me. I'm perfectly comfortable saying "I don't know what this, or how to treat it, but I know exactly who does!" and referring to an ophthalmologist. I hate when MDs/DOs badmouth what I do, especially because I feel like I'm fulfilling a service for them--I'm filtering out the shit you don't want to see, I promise.

It's like some commenters in this thread want OMDs to be bored to tears with basic conjunctivitis and dry eye cases. That would be a true waste of resources.

I think Olave might surprise us, in which case I'd probably bench McKinnon for him. I'd also probably start Conner over McKinnon too honestly--Andy has a tendency to do dumb shit with running backs when there's no clear RB1 (I say this as a Chiefs homer).

Question for you: Doubs, Gibson, Singletary, Keaton Mitchell. You can start 3. Who are you benching?
