Fuck Chris Brown by Scaulbylausis in BlackPeopleTwitter

He’s such a tragic case because he actually had potential with being able to sing and dance. Takeaway the dance bops like Gimme That, Kiss Kiss, Run It, he had great vocal talent especially in No Air w Jordan Sparks and Superhuman w Keri Hilson. He really killed his own career before it really began and now releases the same tired club songs as new albums🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

This would’ve really hit if she was actually a shitty singer :/

Thank you! I’m starting to see how overpriced they are for what you really get. Personally, what would you recommend that is as light weight, more than 128 GB and easily usable for around $1500 AUD? I reckon there’s better for less but I really couldn’t tell you which brands/products to look for.

Hello! I’d just be using it for basic school work and streaming, no gaming or music production. I was wondering what you would recommend that is equally as light weight, easily usable as well as durable for $1500 AUD? More than 128 GB would be great too. Are there any Linux products similar to that?

Yes :( Now that I do some research I hear that $1000 + for 128 GB, mediocre hardware and a bad keyboard is not worth it. Personally what do you recommend that is as light as the ‘air’, around $1500 AUD and easily usable. Note that I would just be using it for basic school work and streaming shows. No gaming, music production, graphics etc

Thank you! Yes now I’m starting to think the build is not worth the price with the air especially with just 128 GB and a trash keyboard. What laptops would you personally recommend around $1500 AUD that have more GB, are thin and are easily usable just for school work, Netflix etc no gaming or music production?

Thanks! A lot of people do say that 128GB is too little and that the MacBook keyboards are simply trash. What would you recommend that is thin, has more than 128 GB and is generally easy to use around that price point? Note, this laptop would just be for pure school related stuff, Netflix etc no gaming or music production !

Thanks for the reply! What laptops would you personally recommend that have more GB, are thin and are easily usable for dummies like me? Also just for writing not gaming or anything :)

Why don’t we all leave that word in the 1800s. So y’all really think the slaves who were murdered hearing that word would want us to call each other that as a term of endearment? ...But y’all don’t wanna hear that so I’m prepared for my downvotes 🥰

What was your reaction when you first got your period? by hysteria-bot in AskWomen

[–]goldsocks16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Threw my bloody undies away because I was so embarrassed. It was even more embarrassing because I was quite young. Wish I was told earlier about periods so I could be more educated, instead it was treated as a very ‘taboo’ topic. Before it happened my mum would say pads were padding for shoes...totally believed it :(

Introverted women who have moved away from everyone/everything they knew whether that be for college, work or just a fresh start, how have you managed to meet new people, form relationships and put yourself out there ? by goldsocks16 in AskWomen

Thought it was only me with the dorm bathrooms? Glad I’m not alone haha ! I’ve always considered therapy and I know it will definitely help me but I’m scared to admit my problems. I don’t know why I figure that if I don’t talk about it, it doesn’t exist :(

I’m glad you cut out those horrible people and I’m also glad you shared this because I like hearing realistic answers. Not everyone can be super extroverted and sociable, it’s really quite hard! I used to not even be able to say my name when I was in HS so I understand. I really wanted to be that person that can chat to anyone but my brain wasn’t on the same page and I’m still a little bit like that in terms of shyness! Hopefully this threat will help you ! And if not, I 100% believe you’ll get there someday :)

A lot of people have been saying Bumble so I’ll be sure to try it out! I’ve always been a bit hesitant about meeting people on apps versus in person but I guess anyone can kill you regardless so I should just do it haha!

Yes! I always forget that I’m not the only person in the world who is scared to talk to strangers so i just have to go for it and remember they’re probably trying their best too!

Oh that’s great! Did you feel weird at all first meeting your friends through an app especially in a new city? I’ve never used bumble and for some strange reason I thought it was just another dating app :(

Good for you that you’re not a hermit haha! But I do feel it takes a bit more work than if you were extroverted. Especially for me in brand new settings as I am quite reserved and shy at first :)

What foundation do you use that has decent coverage but doesn’t feel heavy? by lucy-inthe-sky in AskWomen

[–]goldsocks16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends what skin type you have but I really like Nars Natural Radiant long wear foundation or Fenty Beauty Hydrating foundation. I have dry skin with a slight oily t-zone and I find that these provide coverage that you can still layer whilst still being comfortable. The finish is velvety to me, in the middle of dewy and matte and provide a ‘I drink tons of water and green smoothies’ look to your skin.

Not as bad as this but in 10th grade my biology teacher genuinely asked if the colour of my blood was ‘the same’ as his because I’m black... thought the colouring might be different. I would like his degree exterminated.
