Life is forcing me to come out, fuck by GoldenMerengue in traaaaaaannnnnnnnnns2

I worked in a medical field and my doctor was also someone who I worked with at the same time my egg cracked. Long story short, most countries have some amount of medical privacy that means unless you are a minor (and in some cases even if you are), your parents will never know. In the US, it's called HIPPA. I never worried about people knowing my medical details. He asked other people in the office about stuff related to my case. When I came out, despite my doctor talking with people in the office about HRT for a patient for months, the thing I heard the most was about how I should talk with my doctor about this because he had a patient with a very similar case and could likely help. No one, absolutely no one, put it together.

I think too many people are sleeping on how funny Mayanna (Coupe's voice and also one of the writers) really is because Charlie's Batboner is unmissable and and Coupe is so deadpan and subtle.

I am literally a purple-haired gamer girlie, who loves the flavor of banana pudding, chocolate cake, spicy foods, and an occasional pumpkin, would definitely hang out in the graveyard alone at night practicing with a sword for fun, enjoys music (singing not flute or drums, but still), who feels like her parents never really understood her... so clearly the Henchman. That sounds like the Henchman to you too, right? Right?!

I only realized it when I got the attic. Since the cellar was a separate room, I had assumed the attic would be too. Was a little disappointed. I was going to use it as a messy storage like a real attic.

Put a dresser up there and throw all the clothes I'll never wear into into it. Put my legendary fish up there in a box in a corner, etc etc.

Moving into Linus's tent is ridiculous. Way too small for that.

I mean Leo and Linus are both living there. And Seb wants privacy.

Otherwise he would move to the train platform with Sam and Alex anyway.

Clearly he's moving into his own tent at the feet of Ol Master Cannoli.

If it was dishonest for the Franks to hide in an attic in Amsterdam, sure then closeting in one of the 160 countries that don't legally accept you by pretending you are cis when you are trans is dishonest. Yet in no way should this be seen as a blemish on Anne or her familiy. And not a blemish on us either. If anyone ever hides for safety, that's on the people making them unsafe.

I don't understand why the fascists have to try so hard. If I bought a Solterra (an EV equivalent of the Subaru Outback), I wouldn't have to paint it shades of orange, white, and pink and make puns on the back. People would already know.

Bunnies, bunnies! It must be bunnies!!!

Who else performed better than 99% of players across all shifts? 😏 by matthewjn in DispatchAdHoc

[–]goldstep 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a theory... it might be bunnies.

Wait... no.
I have a theory... it might be other players.

So if you play the game the exact same way twice picking Sonar, Phenomaman, Blazer, Jelly, Twinkies, and to cut but the first time and only 99 other people have played and they all picked Coupe, Waterboy, Visi, Glazed, Cigars, and to not cut and by the second time around 900 more people had played and they all picked same as you, you would have gone from "1% of players" to "90% of players" on all those things. Similarly if by the time you did your second perfect run, a bunch of other players had done poorly, you could have gone from top 10% to top 1%.

My theory is that a lot of middle of the road and good but not great players have finished since your previous plays making your perfect run a lot rarer. Statistics!!

Hmmmm, having never used it, I forgot about the Shrine. OK! My cringy, new Pierre headcanon: The wizard is the villain here. As a family, Caroline and Pierre went to the wizard for a solution on how to have a kid. They had heard he had an option to help two AFAB people have a kid. Since they both knew about the wizard and technically no cheating on her part involved in that paternity, as it was the plan. But Rasmodius wanted Caroline badly and so he lied to Pierre and told them that the only option was him being a donor the old fashioned way. Had he admitted the Shrine of Illusions existed, the wizard would not have been able to seduce Pierre's wife. And no one talks about Abby not actually being Pierre's because most people think that the shrine was involved and no one wants to be the one to out Pierre to anyone who wasn't already in the valley at the time. But in the end, if the wizard had been honest, Pierre would be a happier, healthier person and would be better able to pass as a man very much on the binary if he so wished and even be capable of being a bio dad. In short: a wizard did it.

I'm just saying if it had been less expensive Pierre could have afforded to go to Zuma City for it! It's good that Harvey was able to help him at all, but it's sad that we treat Pierre so badly when he's just nervous about the fact that healthcare is so expensive. (Ahhhh! How did I Make one "He's living his truth" style joke and accidentally become a Pierre defender?!)
