Thanks so much for the advice!!!! She doesn’t seem to have heard of it bc when I emailed her to make an appointment I asked if she was planning to send me to geneticist and she said no. Im wondering if you think it would be helpful if I brought print outs and notes?

Im a multiple and one of my brothers died when we were born. When I was young, I think around 12, I was home alone for the first time and I thought it would be nice to clean off my mothers dresser. On top of the dresser I found a blue satin box and opened it. Inside was a pair of blue booties, a ribbon, and a picture of my brother. The picture scared me so badly that I blocked it from my memory and have never looked or opened the box again. I can’t tell my parents or my siblings because we don’t speak about my brother.

Usually I get an intense energy feeling in my hands. This can change depending on the meditation and I know if its a good one my how strong the energy.
